We recommend booking your meeting room in advance to ensure a space is available for you and your guests. When you book in advance, you also have the option to customise the layout of the room and arrange any catering or refreshment requirements.

Our rooms are fully-equipped with modern furnitures, so you can simply turn up and get started. We can also arrange whiteboards, flip charts and projectors to be included in your space, should you need them.

At TCS, our meeting rooms are available by the hour, ensuring you only ever pay for the time and space you need.

If your meeting goes on for longer than anticipated, you can extend your room by the hour, pending availability. Speak to our on-site team and we can look to amend your booking to suit you and your changing circumstances.
